3. Regulatory Information
Revixol is classified as a food supplement under EU Directive 2002/46/EC on food supplements, as retained and applicable in UK law following the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. It is not a medicinal product and is not regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as a medicine.
Nutritional claims made on this Website comply with Retained Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on Nutrition and Health Claims (as applicable in UK law) and are based on claims authorised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Health claims relating to food supplements are subject to the conditions of use as established by EFSA.
Revixol is manufactured to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
